To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect scheduling, the following policies are in place: Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be charged a 15% late fee! Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No Call / No Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
